It's really acceptable. I have several times coolant refill notices when my Soul EV was still in warranty. Even Kia recall also had the same issues. Few days before, my car just pass the 100K and the coolant refill notice showed again. But this time the service told me that they found out the coolant pump is not function well! During the warranty period, the service always told me "don't worry" and nothing wrong. Once you pass the warranty, they tell you there is a part broken need to replace. Even more, the women descripted that they won't force you to replace the part, but if the part damaged the HV battery, then the HV battery won't be covered by warranty. Although all statements are correct, such as the car pass the warranty, the part will affect the warranty if you not replace it on time, but why did your service not replace it when my car is in warranty. How do I know if the previous coolant alert has damaged my HV battery? Now you used this kind of words to threaten me! I totally agree some parts need to be replaced after warranty, but not the same issue happens again and again. At the end, the customer need to pay for it! More
I found a great vehicle at Applewood. I dealt with a seemingly nice salesperson, Nav. We made an agreement that my trade in, for 12500, was to be split, $6500 to down-payment and $6000 ca I dealt with a seemingly nice salesperson, Nav. We made an agreement that my trade in, for 12500, was to be split, $6500 to down-payment and $6000 cashback, Nav made some errors and after 2 more changes, and a manager involved, my deal was moved forward at $8000 down and $4500 cash back. Then, I was approved by a bank for financing, which took an hour and I spoke to 3 institutions because they were trying to put credit checks through before the original bank had approved/disapproved, obviously negative for my rating. The original bank did approve. Then the sales manager asked how I'd pay the $8000. I said it was car trade, he informed me that Nav had put the deal through as my 12500 car Plus $8000. I was extremely clear with Nav and he 100% lied to me and the bank. Then another manager came to see me, and defended the lie saying that he and Applewood did not lie, that Nav made a mistake. He hung heavily on semantics and took little to no responsibility. We adjusted the deal for a third time, still being approved, moved to a financing person who seemed very nice, we discussed the new payments that had gone up due to Nav's lying, and that my "cashback" would take a minimum of 5 business days to be sent to me via snail mail. I was already there for 4 hours and very upset at the dishonest treatment, so I told the woman to put everything on hold and I would return the next morning to complete. I was 10 minutes away, driving home, when yet another manager, Rob, called and said if I returned immediately, that they would etransfer me $2000 that evening when the deal completed, so I reluctantly returned. My licence was stolen, I was waiting for it in the mail, I had passport, birth certificate, picture of licence, but Kia decided that a picture of my licence was not enough to transfer the vehicle to me, even though other dealerships accept the photo. So AGAIN, the deal was put on hold, Thursday evening, pending my new licence to arrive. I called the following Monday after the mail arrived with no licence to confirm the deal was still being held. Rob answered, said he'd call me back in 2 minutes after he checked. After 90 minutes, I called back, Rob apologized, saying he got caught up with a customer ( I thought I was also a customer) and to give him 4 minutes, he would absolutely get right back to me. After another 12 minutes, I called again. Rob said they couldn't do the deal on a photo of my licence, I reminded him the question was if my deal is still on hold and ready to finish when it comes in the mail, he stuttered and stumbled, gave me a 'should be if the loan hasn't been sent back', obviously never checked on the main point of the original call, I was obviously upset and as I tried to explain how putting me off for over an hour for a customer when I am a customer needing 2 minutes was irksome, he talked over me to the point of yelling at me and yelled that they do not want my business. Now obviously they did not hold the deal over the weekend, Rob was lying and covering to the point of yelling and cancelling a sale they mistakenly forgot or couldn't hold. If I could give negative stars, I would. This dealershio blatantly lies, excuses themselves for lying, even will yell at and lose a customer to hide how poor they are at their job. I had a bad experience about 30 years ago when Applewood Langley just opened and was the place to go for higher loan rates when you couldn't get approved elsewhere, and even though it's grown into a full dealership, it maintains the shady, narcissistic stench of ugly and crooked salespersons and the managers supporting More

If it wasn’t for her I would have walked out. The finance guy and the insurance guy were awesome. I also tried to reach out to the manage to try to resolve the issue about my experience and give him a chance to make things right but he didn’t seem to care. I guess I’ll have to voice my concerns to Kia Canada. More

I went to buy a new car but was very disappointed. They had a $5000 mark up added to the quote. Iwent to other dealers and thier mark up was no more than $1800.
