BUYER BEWARE-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I had contacted Michael last week to inquire about a Ford F150 King Ranch Truck. I asked him to tell me about any marks on the truck, what condition I had contacted Michael last week to inquire about a Ford F150 King Ranch Truck. I asked him to tell me about any marks on the truck, what condition the interior was in and especially what condition the leather was in. He was very nice on the phone, told me that the truck was in excellent condition, there were no marks, dents or scratches and the interior was pristine. I explained that I had just had Prostate Cancer surgery and didn't want to make the trip unless the truck was in excellent shape as it is about 5 hours down and 5 hours back, I put a deposit on the truck and drove from Ottawa to Toronto to see the truck this morning. The truck was in terrible shape, it had dents, many door chips, the leather was finished and looked terrible, and even the tonneau cover was missing. Although, I had contacted him first thing in the morning to let him know that I was coming to see it, the truck was filthy, and in the back corner of the lot amongst trees. When Michael realized I wanted my deposit back and there would be no sale his attitude became very negative and borderline rude. More

LIARS AND THIEFS!! Do NOT buy from them! I made a 2 hr trip one way to find that a truck was saftied and licensed in my name from info I gave them to hold the truck without permission! Was t I made a 2 hr trip one way to find that a truck was saftied and licensed in my name from info I gave them to hold the truck without permission! Was told the truck had NO issues and ran perfectly. The safety was passed with a manifold leak that was not disclosed until after. They pushed to have the contract signed which I did not do thankfully. They would not refund me the whole $500 deposit saying I had to pay for the safety and return of the plates myself. This transaction cost me 4hrs of my time and fuel to drive there and back, plus $142 they wouldn't refund!. I now have had to pursue the dealership through the OMVIC to hopefully get my full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! BEWARE!! More
