Scammers Bought a truck safetied and certified from them and also had them get plates for me. When it came time to pick up the truck Serge tried to charge me $ Bought a truck safetied and certified from them and also had them get plates for me. When it came time to pick up the truck Serge tried to charge me $500 for the license plates. He called me a liar and began swearing at me when I brought up OMVIC laws with him. After he backed down on his fraudulent fees the paper work came out to be signed. The sales woman Aliya attempted multiple times to get me to sign the "sold as is" portion of the contract even though I was given a safety certification. This should have made me leave but I couldn't see any issues and I had already been there for over an hour arguing with them. After everything was said and done I took the truck home. The second I got on the highway an engine light goes off and the car shakes like I'm in an earthquake. I pull over and use my Bluetooth scanner to see what it is. An emission sensor is going off and I look around to see the car has unbalanced wheels. Zero wheel weights stuck on the inside or outside of the wheels. Emission sensor turns out to be a $100 part that I could do myself, but a $900 repair from Ram. Find out the part could only be bought online or straight from the manufacturer dealers themselves. That gives the reason why Appollo only did the breaks and erased the engine code hoping I wouldn't notice. All in all the worst dealer I have ever bought from and would never recommend or buy from again. I don't even know why OMVIC exist with the amount of complaints this dealer has gotten based off the little research I have done after buying from them. Many regrets on my behalf for not taking the $500 deposit loss and taking my business elsewhere. I also truely believe many of the "positive" reviews are written by the other employees of Appollo since all the other sales people did was sit at a PC or on their phones typing what seemed to be short little essays. All of them stopping to think of what lies they could use to make it seem legitimate. More

Outright dishonest Like many used car dealerships, shady and dishonest. Since then, now over 1 year he has called , visited them in person all to be told that there is no one here who can give back his deposit. "You must speak with the sales Rep", "You need to speak with the owner". This has continued to go on and still to this day cannot reach the owner, the sales person is no longer with the company and no one wants to refund us our Money. Shame on this company. i would avoid at all costs. More

Purchased a vehicle with the first month I was back 3 times for issues with the vehicle. Took the car to to my own mechanic and they said it would not pass safety. Then on top of it the car did not start I called the dealership for them to tow it to there and fix it. They said they would not do anything to help me that I could take it there myself and they would look at it and then decide if they would fix it or not. I was verbally attacked on the phone by serge. Terrible terrible service. And too add before I was allowed to take the vehicle I was forced to leave a good review on their website. More
