HORRIBLE customer service. I've been very frustrated with overall customer service in this dealership. I financed a 2014 Nissan Sentra and it seemed like the sales persons just I've been very frustrated with overall customer service in this dealership. I financed a 2014 Nissan Sentra and it seemed like the sales persons just want to make a quick profit on the purchase and don't really care about the customers needs. They did not consult me about the purchase vs. lease which I think is an important feature. Besides that, the finance department is filled with lazy and rude people that don't want to help you at all. When I was trying to sell my car I contacted them on several matters in terms of re-financing and finance buyout. The response rate and lack of initiation really surprised me, as this was one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced in Canada. I am usually not the one who posts any reviews, but I felt like this is important to know for future buyers. Please be aware then when you are financing a vehicle (or leasing) you will be faced with a really rude and lazy team pf people. More

Purchase of 2015 Rouge I found the car I was interested on auto trader and sent an email with a few questions. Not more than a few minutes past and Min Ho Kim called me back I found the car I was interested on auto trader and sent an email with a few questions. Not more than a few minutes past and Min Ho Kim called me back . He was able to answer several questions and for the next hr I emailed and he called with the answers to my questions. I drove to the dealership on Tuesday and he was exceptional at showing the car and explaining all aspects of the purchase procedure.. Both men are extremely knowledgable , patient and it would seem their goal is to make sure there are no questions or doubts in my mind. I see them as friends. More

Poor customer service Approached to their service department with a warranty car, not purchased from their dealership. Alta Nissan's RH attitude to me was that if I had NO Approached to their service department with a warranty car, not purchased from their dealership. Alta Nissan's RH attitude to me was that if I had NOT purchased the car from them then I am a different kind of customer - and therefore I might need to go to the Nissan dealership where the car was serviced before for clarifications, otherwise they would not service the car in warranty. To me this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. Their service manager Phil was absolutely unfriendly and was trying to get rid of me with my questions by pointing me back to the service advisor who was already gone home by that time. Highly unrecommend going there for service. More

Highly Recommend I was looking for a 2015 Nissan Rogue. I knew what I wanted and was looking for the best price possible. I sold my car so I had to do my research over the phone by calling Nissan dealerships in Toronto for the most competitive price. I phoned Alt Nissan in Richmond Hill and spoke to Min Ho Kim. Lucky me. Min Ho was informative easy to speak with and quoted me the best price in Toronto. Not pushy just factual and ready to help in any way possible. I bought my car from Min Ho and a big thanks to him for the extra mile he went to pick me up and bring me to the dealership where he spent an hour and a half explaining my new car to me and making the experience of buying a car a pleasure. I love my new Rogue but I also will be bringing my car to Richmond Hill from Muskoka for service. I plain like this dealersip. They earn your business by making you feel valued as a customer and giving you a no nonsense good deal on a car. I'll see you for our next car Min Ho! Thank you for looking after me. More
