Brought my car in for an oil change today with an appointment and with instructions that I would be waiting. It took 2.5 hours, and nobody notified me as to the extended wait. 1- I took my car there as the rear gear was not getting engaged and they told me they fixed it. When I checked it, it was not working, and I asked the sales person to check it and then he talked to service engaged and they told me they fixed it. When I checked it, it was not working, and I asked the sales person to check it and then he talked to service supervisor; They said they didn't fix it because it was an external issues and the customer should pay for it The invoice is available upon request for review which clearly states the issue is resolved and all gears are working !!! 2- The sensor at back bumper became loose as I used touchless car wash about 1 year ago and they said you have to drive like this until other sensors get damaged as one sensor can not be changed alone and for 6 months when using rear gear emergency brake activates as one sensor is loose. 3- One of the bottom on radio control doesn't work and they told me they will fix it 1-2 months after getting parts and now its 8 months. 4-When I took the car from dealership there was 50 km extra mileage on it comparing to mileage I recorded when the car was towed there and no explanation from dealership about it (for visit with sensors issue) More

Gouges customers on labour costs. I called and was told they would charge $57.50 plus tax to do a summer to winter tire swap which seemed reasonable. When I received the invoice I was charged $57.50 for they would charge $57.50 plus tax to do a summer to winter tire swap which seemed reasonable. When I received the invoice I was charged $57.50 for the swap and another $57.50 to reset the tire pressure monitor for a total of $115 I should have taken my car across the street to Canadian Tire which charges $55 to swap the tires and reset the pressure monitor.. When I called to complain, I was told this is Nissan's policy. More
