We waited nearly eight months for Alix Toyota to repair our Toyota Highlander, which was stolen from an airport parking lot (fenced, gated and staffed!) then abandoned on the streets of Montreal with numer our Toyota Highlander, which was stolen from an airport parking lot (fenced, gated and staffed!) then abandoned on the streets of Montreal with numerous computerized parts cut out of it. While we were frustrated by the time it took to fully repair the car, we understood and accepted that the parts were slow to arrive due to shortages of certain parts and supply chain backlogs. However, what we do not accept is the lack of communication on the part of Alix Toyota. Numerous phone calls and emails to service managers (of which there were three during this time) and even the dealership administrators (Denis Archambault, Owner, and Martin Beaulieu, General Director) were not answered. The last service manager revealed that he did not know how to check the voicemail messages that were left for him (perhaps this was the case for the others, too). For a business to be run well, it is essential that the lines of communication are fully open and prompt. More

After getting my new Toyota Corolla 2023; we discovered a problem with the media system.After numerous tries to fix the problem, Toyota decided to replace the entire media system.We then ordered the part for problem with the media system.After numerous tries to fix the problem, Toyota decided to replace the entire media system.We then ordered the part for me with no date for its arrival, but the service counter gentleman called Aman Ullah Rana assured me that he would call me as soon as it arrived. After 5 weeks, I got a surprise call this afternoon from Aman telling me the piece had just arrived and that I could come in immediately to have it changed. Thank you Aman for your great service, and thank you for escorting me to my car to make sure I was connected and that everything was working.I really appreciate your attention.Great customer service. Finally a service department that actually, are transparent, efficient and honest, and has a great customer service, I was furious due to a personal event, So i wasn’t very polite i must admit, transparent, efficient and honest, and has a great customer service, I was furious due to a personal event, So i wasn’t very polite i must admit, However, the service person can’t remember he’s name, he had a shaved head, youngster with tattoos… i had issues with my brakes, so i had to get the front brakes done, unfortunately not covered by the warranty whatsoever… so the genuine part’s are expensive, regardless this kid literally showed me the pads showed me the difference, 2mm left , explained really clearly that front brakes are mostly likely to be changed more often due to to the weight transfer from back to front and when braking each stop they’re more solicited therefore the reason only the front where due, the estimate was expensive, but clearly explained, parts, labor ect…also told me that if there’s anything wrong there’s a warranty of 2 years for any defect or damage so i had no choice for security reasons I was in a rush so i had to wait about 2h, So i wasn’t happy that i had to wait 2h Again the young man with tattoos told me an average replacement time is about 1h30 with no appointment he and his manager tall guy very polite told me they managed to squeeze me between 2 appointments, at that point i can’t argue i was actually lucky to get it done within 2h. Time to pay again with the young man, so he explained everything on the bill, my surprise was that the bill was cheaper that the quote! The reason why? The guy took the time to check with his supervisor and told me that they managed to get the disc’s replaced under warranty!! I walked in angry and walked out in a great mood as not only they did the job quickly but i saved money!!! No dealerships has ever done anything like this before. Pleasantly surprised by their service! More
I needed a part and I have called many Toyota dealers and only Alix Toyota had it! I called in and reserved the part! When I showed up the part was ready to pickup gave me ideas how to install properly! I am only Alix Toyota had it! I called in and reserved the part!
