Worst customer service in service area I was there today for service my 2017 rouge , which is under warranty and just 6 month old. For my brakes which was giving me trouble from second week I was there today for service my 2017 rouge , which is under warranty and just 6 month old. For my brakes which was giving me trouble from second week of buying my car. At first two visit they said it is normal and today they said rotors and shoes are bad, need machining. And my driving habits are bad as I had put my car in service months ago for same problem. And I said them I have this problem form beginning and it is not my driving. The service manger told service guy to throw my car out of his service station. And didn’t service my issues. Really rude and disgusting behaviour of service manager. More
Inhuman I went in there to purchase a car. I informed them in 2 business hours and they refuse to assist. They only cared about the sakes and that’s it .the I went in there to purchase a car. They only cared about the sakes and that’s it .the managers are rude and heartless. unfortunately a life situation occurred which will limit my ability to pay . 450 bw. I explained the situation to them . They are requesting proof of my situation and refuse to assist me . My lawyer and omvic advice me that it wasn’t necessary to provide proof of our illness. More

Their Service center representative "Ravi" is a very rude person. More
Nissan Altima Transmission Problem My 2011 Nissan Altima suddenly had slow accelration during start. Took it to Airport Nissan at Queens street Brampton. After checking, I was told that My 2011 Nissan Altima suddenly had slow accelration during start. Took it to Airport Nissan at Queens street Brampton. After checking, I was told that TCM (Cumputor on the CVT Transmission) is faulty. As it is not available, I will have to order it. I paid $950 from this part and it arrived after 2 weeks. I again took the car to dealership, this time they told me actually the problem is with CVT transmission and it will cost another $7000 as the replacement of TCM did not resolve the problem. I asked them to refund the money as they charged for TCM as they did not diagnose the it correctly first time, but they refused to refund the money charged for unnecessary part. More

Horrible customer service from the branch and sale manager. I bought a used Rogue from this dealership. When i picked up the car it was dirty both inside and outside. Not all features that was discussed in the I bought a used Rogue from this dealership. When i picked up the car it was dirty both inside and outside. Not all features that was discussed in the sales agreement was added. I had to take a day off to get everything added. The manager Joe was not helpful, in fact his favorite word is "no". I had to get the sales manager involved and still Joe did not want to have everything added to my car. I was there for hours waiting like a fool. I later found out that my SD card for my navigation system was not in the car so i tried calling about 10 times and no one in service department would answer the call. The guy at the front desk Ravi said its not there issue since its a used car. Apparently a used car does not get the same treatment as a new vehicle. I had to take time out of my busy day to go back to this dealership to sort this out. It took them a while to figure out that the SD card was taken out and to be given to customer on pickup day. These guys does not have a clue and does not value a customer money and time. They told me that both my keys were programmed however that was not the case. Joe and Sandeep was talking to me in circles instead of talking at me and trying to get this issue solved. It seems like one issue after another when dealing with these guys. I will never purchased another car from this place. More
Worst sales guy and sales manager I went with my family to buy a new 2016 Nissan Rouge SL. From the beginning, receptionist introduce us a sales person forgot his name, all of sudden a I went with my family to buy a new 2016 Nissan Rouge SL. From the beginning, receptionist introduce us a sales person forgot his name, all of sudden another sale person jumped in and argue with his colleague to help us. we weren't impressed by this action. Sales person(Kazi) asked us stupid questions like who is paying in the family for car or from whose pocket the money is coming out of. Anyways, we went for the test drive, we came back and asked the sales person to provide us with a a quote. He gave us the quote to which we put an offer and asked him to check with his sales manager( Sandeep Malik). He told us that's not a reasonable offer, we asked him to talk to his manager. He talked to his manager and came back without any counter offer. We asked him why his Sales Manager didn't counter offer to our offer. He said you guys won't buy from us so he didn't counter offer. PRETTY UNBELIEVABLE! Then we met sales Manager( Sandeep Malik) in his office, I never saw such a rude manager in my whole life. We were asking him to close the deal as we were very interested to buy the vehicle, but he gave us counter offer and we asked to add winter tires and maintenance. He said" you will remember my face and you will come back to me to buy this vehicle, no one can beat my price. you have small kids so don't waste your time going here and there". We were really upset and walked away from the dealership. More
Vehicle recalls and service Center issues I was there for servicing my vehicle and fixing the recall issues on Friday for almost 3 hours. Once I went back home saw the passenger bag light pop I was there for servicing my vehicle and fixing the recall issues on Friday for almost 3 hours. Once I went back home saw the passenger bag light pop up on the front panel. Called up Service center/Ravi to fix the issue and he asks me to come on Tue at 12 pm to get it diagnosed and fixed. On Tue after reaching there Ravi tells me there is an issue and I have to come another day to fix it. I didn't argue and went the next day and waiting for 10 min at the front desk for him to attend my case. There was no one line up or queue and he makes me wait. I am not at all happy with their service and had several issues in the past. I have decided to not got there for my service any more, not at all professional. More

The service manger was with me and when he wipes that with his hand all the paint came off on his hand. I told him can you please check who did this. He said we are not responsible for this? I talked to the sales manager and he responded very rude. I bought this vehicle from them ( brand new). I will say don't buy or don't go for service there. Very annoying staff.... More
oil change I went to change oil in June this year I came home after one week sign come on that I need oil change. I called they reset the ( whatever) was it and I went to change oil in June this year I came home after one week sign come on that I need oil change. I called they reset the ( whatever) was it and the sign come on again. I don't think they ever changed the oil nor the oil filter. Be careful when you service this dealership. More
