It seems he introduced us to everyone, the receptionist, the sales and service teams, and Rico the Sales Manager. I find everyone to be warm and friendly. Raymond the Financial Service Manager, made us feel quite at ease as we workout the extended warranty and service contracts. My wife and I drove off the lot fully satisfied with a Rogue, platinum (the desired colour I requested). Great service!!! More

My elderly parents purchased a car here 10 years ago and keep it in pristine condition, it looks and drives like new! They went in today (Aug 8 /2022 ) for an oil change and when my Dad returned to pay the keep it in pristine condition, it looks and drives like new! They went in today (Aug 8 /2022 ) for an oil change and when my Dad returned to pay the bill it was an outrageous $662.00 plus change. Why ,what for? This was for a repair they never asked for, you took it upon yourselves to fix their car without 1) asking and 2 ) informing them. That is untechnical and called taking advantage. This is NOT your car or your property? What part of that do you fail to comprehend? None of their past cars were dragged into the dealer for so many repairs. I feel you have and do take advantage of them as you assume all 'Retirees' have huge bank accounts and bags of money when this is not the case ,they are not rich. I wouldn't recommend this dealership or Nissan in general to my worst enemy. Seniors beware! More
