I arrived at Airport Ford because they had a vehicle available for test drive very close to the spec of what I was looking to order. After test driving I spoke with Cameron which was a breath of fresh a available for test drive very close to the spec of what I was looking to order. After test driving I spoke with Cameron which was a breath of fresh air compared to a few other dealerships I had spoken to. Cameron listened to my plans and preferences and offered "extras" in conversation without pressuring. There was a longer than usual wait for this particular vehicle given the demand, and other complications due to the pandemic but, I feel that the dealership did their best and secured the order as quickly as they were able to. Then there was the wait. Whilst waiting, a few questions arose that when I reached out to both Chris and Cameron they typically answered within a business day. The only unfortunate part is how information gets relayed down to the dealership, and then to customer. But, that said my questions were always answered. The arrival of the vehicle was kind of a fortunate surprise (due to the aforementioned communication) since no one really knew when it would come in. Mike gave me a call that the vehicle was delivered, and he prepared all of the documentation for me and within 2 days I was on my way in a lovely new truck. A big "thank you" to the gentlemen who helped me out with this purchase! It was simple, low pressure and a great experience. More
