Too much upselling when I checked in for my service appointment. I didn't want the additional service -- just what I had booked. I was told my car would be ready in an hour, so I went for a walk. 35 mi appointment. I didn't want the additional service -- just what I had booked. I was told my car would be ready in an hour, so I went for a walk. 35 minutes later they called to say they couldn't do some of the service unless I paid another $200 for additional parts. I said no, and took my car to another garage. I won't go back to Airport Ford unless absolutely necessary. Also, the dealership calls every couple months to push some "come see our vehicles" events, which I never attend -- and likely never will. The person on the phone was pushy, and wouldn't take "no" for an answer until I hung up. More
