We had visited during a Sunday knowing we needed a vehicle. Spent the week visiting lots of different dealerships and our last stop was Airport Ford Lincoln. Didn't have an appointment, looked through the lot and when we went inside was introduced to Cameron. He was awesome. Low key, a gentle, quiet vibe. It was a pleasure working with him. He listened, gave suggestions that made sense. He helped crunch the numbers that worked for us. Given that we had 3 different vehicles we were seriously considering we chose the suv we did because of Cameron as much as the vehicle. 10 stars for him. Thank you very much Cameron. More

Too much upselling when I checked in for my service appointment. I didn't want the additional service -- just what I had booked. I was told my car would be ready in an hour, so I went for a walk. 35 mi appointment. I didn't want the additional service -- just what I had booked. I was told my car would be ready in an hour, so I went for a walk. 35 minutes later they called to say they couldn't do some of the service unless I paid another $200 for additional parts. I said no, and took my car to another garage. I won't go back to Airport Ford unless absolutely necessary. Also, the dealership calls every couple months to push some "come see our vehicles" events, which I never attend -- and likely never will. The person on the phone was pushy, and wouldn't take "no" for an answer until I hung up. More
