We met Brittany Pona as she was heading home at the end of her day and she was very informative and kept up with my husband in truck talk !!! I asked for her business card and said after leaving we are buying our new truck from her and my husband said YES Dear :) Flash forward a few months later and we were ordering a new 2018 Ford Lariat and picking our colours with Brittany and now we have picked it up and are the happy owners!! From Brittany to Karyn to Mike ...everybody at Airport Ford is great to work with, so happy with our experience!! Thank you to everyone!! More

Unfortunately Dave Kerr almost chased us out of the dealership permanently. The very first comment he spoke was with respect to how difficult it is to get a Navigator, while maybe true, this is not the first topic of conversation. The second question he had was for my wife, "what do you do for a living?". No tact, and so obviously poor at qualifying a customer. I would imagine Lincoln customers are a little more discerning than to put up with such an old school technique. Dave also did not know that there are cameras on the left and right side of the vehicle to give the overhead surround view - very surprising. We left it with Dave to book us a test drive the following Tuesday, and that did not happen. Dave is up against Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Audi, and as a Lincoln rep pales in comparison. I have shopped them all. I went online with Lincoln to book a test drive and quote, Monday at 8pm, after not hearing from Dave. Nick replied to the query Tuesday at 8am, and to emphasize again, Nick rescued the deal, got out there and helped prep the Navigator for a "dream date". Nick, the 2 sales managers, and lease manager were all up for it. We worked the deal, and I hope to many years of a reliable Navigator. More
