The Best Experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I found everyone at Airport Lincoln very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Two days after making my deal for a MKZ, Lincoln lowered the p I found everyone at Airport Lincoln very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Two days after making my deal for a MKZ, Lincoln lowered the price another $3000. I went in and talked with Jack Lowery, who assured me I would get the lowered price but he also added in the Costco discount that I kept forgetting to ask about. Steve Gracie was the sales rep. He was extremely helpful through the purchasing of the vehicle and going through all the accessories on the delivery day. I purchased a 2017 MKZ at the end of January 2018, I wanted winter tire on the vehicle on the day of delivery. Steve and Karyn worked with the parts department and ordered the tires and rim, they were installed for the delivery date. I have purchased many new vehicles, dealing with Airport Lincoln was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I hope the service department is as helpful and professional as the sales and financing department. I only have one regret. I didn’t take Steve up on his offer to test drive a Lincoln for a day, and receive a $100 dollar gift card for the Keg . More
