In and out and looked after Brought F250 in for a LOF. Found that there were a few recalls. First one was just out and the parts are not in as of yet but will not be a problem at Brought F250 in for a LOF. Found that there were a few recalls. First one was just out and the parts are not in as of yet but will not be a problem at this point in time. The second recall has not affected the truck and was told to hold off at this point for when it is truly needed. Good advise. Truck was in and out and knowing that there are few lifts in the service bay that will hold my truck, I was satisfied with the time it took to get the work done. And while waiting just a few minutes while service advisor spoke with another truck owner we were able to pick up a tip from that conversation. More

As a salesman for Ford, Steve is very personable and brings great credibility to the process. Steve brings an emotional intelligence that makes the consumer feel confident an understood. Mapping vehicle needs and budget ensures the stress attached to the process is minimal enabling confidence in decisions making. Also the addition of options which map to personal needs further enhances the experiences vs. a you need everything approach. Given that this is my second purchase at Airport Ford it also goes a long way knowing the service staff are also excellent....adding more confidence to the equation. I will say that the Sales Manager was a little dry and a smile would go long way. I would also suggest a more professional dress code for some of the sales staff as an overall feel.
