I had already been to a few Ford dealerships in the area and did not have a positive experience at any of them. I knew exactly what I wanted and although we had a few obstacles to overcome - from financing and to actually locating a vehicle that I was particularly looking for, I had a great experience the whole way through. Libby, who helped with my credit application tried many different options to ensure I could get qualified for what I was wanting to buy and although I had a few requests that were non negotiable on my end of things, John never gave up on trying to find me EXACTLY what I wanted. I never felt pressured to bend in order to settle for a vehicle that I did not want. Seal tires I was very happy with the customer service at Airport Ford. I needed to get back to work and I was told there would be a shuttle waiting for me but i I was very happy with the customer service at Airport Ford. I needed to get back to work and I was told there would be a shuttle waiting for me but it wasn’t. It was out fifteen minutes from the dealership. I was very stressed because I needed to be back at work within those fifteen minutes. The gentleman at the service desk was kind enough to get one of their mechanics to drive me back.
