I was really disappointed in the service here at airport Lincoln . Went in for a recall suppose to take 2/12 hours . Brought the car in at 9:15 am and didn’t get it back until 4:15 pm . Went for an oil change and brake hose recall. Karen Slawich was the the service coordinator that took care of making sure all was taken care of for my MKX.
