Excellent service from Kyle, we drove back from Ottawa and halfway home our windshield washer no longer worked. We had to keep stopping to clean the front windows. The next day I called and spoke to Melis and halfway home our windshield washer no longer worked. We had to keep stopping to clean the front windows. The next day I called and spoke to Melissa who told us to come in for 10 a.m. Kyle took great care of us, and arranged for a courtesy car ride home. They called a few hours later and again we were picked up. The windshield washer was fixed, our car was washed and the price was very reasonable. Kyle even drove our car out to us in front of the garage. Great service, wonderful people. We will continue to go to Airport Lincoln for all our auto needs. We were very lucky to find them.. More

My wife wanted to purchase a MKX yesterday but the manager discouraged us. He told us that our 2013 MKS imperfect condition was only worth 500.00. He did not want to come down in price more than 500.00. Dealer put low quality tires on car and I asked him if he could get us better tread. My wife wanted to purchase the car but the manager did not want to negotiate. I would not recommend this place as they don’t have any room to negotiate. Found same car elsewhere with lower kms and 2,000 dollars less. More
