At the end of the meeting, we had a deal and were both quite happy. He was very professional, helpful and made us very comfortable with our decision. Brandon Heatherington assisted us in regards to the financing. We have dealt with other dealerships in the past in regards to financing and Honda has by far the best options available and Brandon explained everything and answered all pertinent questions. Peter Poon arranged for our vehicle delivery. The technology in the new Hondas is quite overwhelming but Peter was quite knowledgeable, thorough and patient in showing us the ins and outs of the vehicle. Rick Brar was fantastic to deal with. Our biggest issue in the past with other dealerships was with their service department. Rick explained the operations of their service department and assured us that there are procedures in place to ensure positive experiences. More

Taking the Plunge After much coercing from my wife, I decided that I needed to cut fuel costs down on my commute. I determined, based on many user reviews, that my best bet would be a Honda Civic. I am cut from an older cloth which translates; "I prefer to keep older vehicles alive in order to not make vehicle payments". But when parts and fuel costs outweigh the value of an older vehicle, one has to realize that purchasing a newer vehicle might make better fiscal sense. So off to Airdrie Honda I went. Mike Fry was my sales rep and I must say; he not only knows his product, he loves it...and that is contagious. I bought an 09 Civic Sport and to be honest, who doesn't glance over at the latest and greatest while thinking, "maybe I could just take one for a test drive to compare?" I have met many sales reps who would have jumped in at that momentary point of indecision and begin pushing the latest and greatest. Mike didn't seize that opportunity because he listened to what my needs were rather than what my potential wants might be. By doing so he sealed the deal, I have zero buyers remorse and I don't have to worry about that infamous depreciation value of a new car. Before I could take possession of my "new" car, it had to undergo the thorough Honda Certification inspection. Apparently there is a paint recall on my particular year and model, so it took longer than expected. Mike called me up and informed me of this and that they were offering me a loaner car till mine was ready. That loaner car saved me $135 in fuel costs in four days. If you your fuel costs are anything like mine, then doesn't it make sense to take the plunge? I highly recommend Mike Fry, Brandon Heatherington and the rest of the team at Airdrie Honda. More

Above and beyond expectations We drove down from Edmonton to look at this vehicle. We were met by Wayne who showed us the reports and said that it was a pride in owner ship. Mike was our salesman but his previous appointment was taking longer than expected. Wayne asked Billy the Kid to take a drive with us. The Volvo was pristine and showed a true pride in ownership. We then worked with Mike to negotiate a deal and I think both parties were left feeling like they had "won". My husband is diabetic and had a funny turn and Mike offered us pizza from their pizza luncheon. We managed to get Jim feeling better and then we were on to Crystal. We talked about warranties and what we would need to bring with us when we picked up the car. All were so knowledgeable and friendly. We came back the following weekend to pick up our vehicle and were wowed by the delivery specialist, Peter, who learned as much as he could about our Volvo in order to answer our questions. You even gave us suggestions for lunch and treated us to coffee from your special machine! It was the most pain free shopping we have experienced.
