I walked in to the showroom and it only took one minute for me to approached by Milan. We sat and had an honest talk about what I needed in a car for about 45 minutes. After that we took two test drives of an Accord and a Civic. I was pleased, however my wife needed to like to vehicle too, so I scheduled another visit for the next day. She did indeed like the Civic, and they let my drive a manual Civic that day too, just so I could compare. Not many dealerships, new or used had let me take four test drives without some serious sales pressure. Milan was incredibly helpful with getting us all the information we asked he thoroughly knew the Civic he was selling me. The paperwork was easy too, their fees are transparent, easy to add options too. When it came to financing the vehicle, Brandon gave us a simple checklist of what we needed to do such as banking info, insurance, down payment info ect. From the day I decided to buy to the day I picked up the car I was not worried at all about maybe forgetting something or having any surprises. I picked up the car and Milan was there to walk through the whole vehicle with me, set up the Bluetooth connection, and even poke under the hood a bit so I had a familiarity with my car. Overall, I and my wife now too, are very impressed with the vehicle. The team at Airdrie Honda are great, I recommend going in anytime you need a vehicle. More

An Amazing Experience! I was in need of a new car, as I had been in an accident and mine was considered a write-off. After doing a lot of online research, I found that the best car out there was a Honda Civic, and I loved what I saw when I checked them out. So, after going to a couple of Calgary dealerships, I sent all dealerships in the area an e-mail requesting a quote. Right away, Michael Fry of Airdrie Honda replied, asked me a few questions, and was right on top of the back-and-forth e-mails we exchanged for a few days. He was very friendly online and made me want to work with him. I wasn't disappointed when I went into the dealership and met him personally. He was just as friendly in person and listened to everything I said, and even appreciated that I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, from the make, model and color. He never tried to change my mind or steer me in the wrong direction. I am SO glad I went to Airdrie Honda and that I dealt with Michael Fry. I was looking at vehicles online for about a month, and had been looking mostly at private sales as I have bad experiences at dealerships in the past. I found the car that I was looking for, but it was at a dealership so I went in thinking I was going to have the same bad experiences I had had in the past. Boy was I wrong. From the moment I booked the viewing, to the day I picked up the keys I was not only treated with respect, but felt very at ease with the whole process. Mike was very personable, friendly and made sure to go over the car with me with a fine toothed comb. I didn't notice a small crack in the windshield, and if he wanted to he could have just let it go, but when I came in to pick it up he let me know he found a crack in the windshield and had it replaced! Now that's what I call customer service. All in all it was a great experience and they have made a long time customer out of me. More

We were treated with the utmost respect and patience. We were shown our various options and there was no pressure! Shaddy is the nicest guy ever! We were at the dealership for around 3hrs and I couldn't make up my mind as to what I wanted to do and he was so patient with me. We felt so good when we left there. We are so happy with our purchase and the customer service that we received. We will definitely be back to Airdrie Honda. I went back to the dealership a few weeks later to see why my tire indicator light was on and Shaddy was there again and not only did he fix the problem, he washed my car for me and showed me how to operate some things with my Navi/phone that I was having difficulties with understanding.
