They also made sure I had transportation from the Airport to the Dealership, and had the Vehicle delivered to covered , secured storage ,to await my return in the spring and drive over the Rockies to the coast. Great Team I went to Airdrie to buy a 2014 Fit. I had contacted the dealership by email and Shaddy responded to my requests quickly and completely. However, when I went to Airdrie to buy a 2014 Fit. I had contacted the dealership by email and Shaddy responded to my requests quickly and completely. However, when I went in for a test drive he recommended a Civic for the same price (with rims, winter tires, and a warranty too!). I purchased the Civic and was quite impressed by the teamwork that was displayed. Shaddy, Brandon, Crystal and the guy in service who set the car up for me (sorry I forget his name), it was a great experience. It was definitely worth the drive out to Airdrie. I didn't shop around before hand so I don't know if the price was competitive with other dealers but it easily fit into my budget. More

When we came to look for a car, we already knew what we wanted, they had the car ready to show us from get go and they also stayed after hours just to help us and thats the kind of customer service i would recommend! If you go there make sure to speak to these two guys, Rick gave us an amazing deal, i couldnt go to another honda looking for a better one, & Jack's customer service was amazing , by staying after hours, telling me all about the car and taking us for a test drive. He was very comfortable to talk to fun to be around, and very friendly! These two did an amazing job and helped me alot in getting me the perfect car that i wanted! I would definitely recommend these guys! As well when i came to pick up my car, Mark did an amazing job just going over everything & Crystal really stuck with me until i got everything ready for the pick up, even though i never got to meet her, i met brandon instead, but he was a great help as well! Friendly, honest and fair! This purchase was a departure from our normal way of buying vehicles. All of our new vehicles up to this point were purchased at model year end clear This purchase was a departure from our normal way of buying vehicles. All of our new vehicles up to this point were purchased at model year end clearouts, or after compromising on trim levels or colours in order to get the best deal. We researched online and came up with the Honda Odyssey and another manufacturer's model that cost less. We felt that the extra was easily justified because of the quality you can expect with Hondas, and the overall better fit and finish compared to the other vehicle we looked at. Since we were buying at the higher end of what we budgeted, we wanted to get exactly what we wanted, no compromise and we knew that this meant a longer lead time for delivery. Marty was patient with us and didn't try to force us into a model that was more readily available, that wouldn't have the colour we wanted or the trim level. When it was time to negotiate price, we came up with a price that we were happy with. We were given a pretty accurate lead time and the Airdrie Honda crew were very comfortable to deal with overall. This was a very positive experience, and I'm pretty sure we'll be buying future vehicles at Airdrie Honda, and anyone I know looking for a vehicle will get my recommendation of Marty. More
