We were at the dealership for around 3hrs and I couldn't make up my mind as to what I wanted to do and he was so patient with me. We felt so good when we left there. We are so happy with our purchase and the customer service that we received. We will definitely be back to Airdrie Honda. I went back to the dealership a few weeks later to see why my tire indicator light was on and Shaddy was there again and not only did he fix the problem, he washed my car for me and showed me how to operate some things with my Navi/phone that I was having difficulties with understanding. Without hesitation, Mike Fry made arrangements to attend at our home and put together a purchase deal. He spent a lot of time with us at our home answering our numerous questions. At the end of the meeting, we had a deal and were both quite happy. He was very professional, helpful and made us very comfortable with our decision. Brandon Heatherington assisted us in regards to the financing. We have dealt with other dealerships in the past in regards to financing and Honda has by far the best options available and Brandon explained everything and answered all pertinent questions. Peter Poon arranged for our vehicle delivery. The technology in the new Hondas is quite overwhelming but Peter was quite knowledgeable, thorough and patient in showing us the ins and outs of the vehicle. Rick Brar was fantastic to deal with. Our biggest issue in the past with other dealerships was with their service department. Rick explained the operations of their service department and assured us that there are procedures in place to ensure positive experiences. More
