Accidental confusion! After starting the deal, and me running out due to misunderstanding. Even had another salesman come to rescue me from my misunderstanding, and I bought my new jeep that Day! Awesome team in sales/finance. Jim was very helpful to get my quirks fixed on the jeep as well with the service department. Jim did not hesitate to help me figure out what I was getting in information originally and didn't hesitate to help get the deal I was wanting for the jeep in the first place!
