Top notch dealership Zack called me because I was on their client list for having work on my truck done in the past. I wasn't looking for a new vehicle as I was extremely happy with my 2014 Ram 1500 Sport. He asked me to come in and take a look, and that they would give me a good deal. I came in a couple of days later, and looked at some trucks. I wasn't going to make a deal unless I got a truck equal to or better than my current one, and a lower monthly payment. I didn't see anything at first that I liked, so I left with my current truck. He called me a couple of days later and said there was another one in my price range. He emailed me a link, and I liked it. I came back in and signed a commitment. There were a few discrepancies with the lenders, but we managed to come to an agreement and made the deal work. No deposit nor down payment was required and the right of first refusal was offered just by a simple word of mouth and a handshake. Regular contact and notification of the impending arrival of the vehicle was communicated . The pre-delivery service and interest shown by the sales people, particularly Zack and the sales manager, Steve, were exemplary and carried on throughout the sales and delivery. A thorough delivery process was completed by all the staff and met all my needs, even some that were not anticipated. Very courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership on its the sales experience alone. I anticipate that any service will be as smooth and thorough I am immensely enjoying the vehicle. Thank you. More
