Trust Issues As I am from Edmonton, I was quite happy that I decided to stop in and checkout the Airdrie dealership. I was greeted by Ryan Ully at the door. I was As I am from Edmonton, I was quite happy that I decided to stop in and checkout the Airdrie dealership. I was greeted by Ryan Ully at the door. I was made to feel comfortable and confident right away. Ryan's demeanor was pleasant and accommodating, so it was relatively easy to strike a deal on a Grand Caravan GT. Processing the actual purchase and financing with Ryan Murdoch-Phelps was again relatively easy and pain free. There were times that my untrusting attitude had me asking questions and clarifying numbers. They were patient and explained what I asked. I liked how I was dealt with and the respect given. It was at this point I decided that I could do this again!!! So instead of going to my lifelong preferred brand and battling out a deal like I intended to do, I dealt once again with the two Ryan's. Dodge Ram 1500-Hemi Very good. Doug worked hard for what I wanted. We missed a few things like a box liner and the 3M stone chi protection however I can not totally blame Very good.
