The back and forth dickering between salesman and sales manager generally experienced, did not happen. Al, the sales manager eliminated this and we were able to come up with a deal which also included Dale from the upper office, an old acquaintance from the dealer ship. First purchase - Jeep Cherokee I walked into the dealership when they were about to close and was greeted happily and with a smile by Jasmine as she was ready to leave. She put everything down and took her time to show me the inventory. After seeing a few vehicles, my wife and I narrowed it to two possibilities. Jasmine and Chad took their time to show me the numbers and discuss the features in each vehicle. We gave our okay on a Jeep Cherokee on the same Saturday, on Tuesday I was driving out with the car. Ryan was excellent and walked us through the first steps and sat down patiently and went through every paper we had to sign. Steve was the one responsible to show us the car ready and clean. He also took his time to talk and explain every little detail in it, features, road side assistance, well, everything. Everyone was really friendly and patient. Everyone took their time and answered our questions. Post-sales we still had contact with Steve and he was great answering our questions.
