I bought a new 2025 jeep compass. . it’s a lemon! It’s had computer issues since day 1 and Chrysler has no fix for it because it’s causing random electrical failures in my car. Like my . it’s a lemon! It’s had computer issues since day 1 and Chrysler has no fix for it because it’s causing random electrical failures in my car. Like my car not shutting off when I have turned it off and even got out and locked the car and it would turn off. I have service all of my safety features coming on random or in clusters. They didn’t do the PDI and missed an excessive toe and didn’t set the dash before handing me over the keys. And what do I get from dodge.. dodged calls, Chrysler promised to have my back and they are now no longer contacting me. I have ask for a supervisor multiple times with no call backs. All I have now is an unsafe 45,000 lawn ornament that could possibly be where I die. Most horrific customer service by management I have ever seen. I am a single mom of 2 that works so very hard for the little I make. I expect my car be 1000% when I purchase new More

This included calling the seller with full updates when I specifically asked them to not to inform the seller of the results. The mechanic told me to my face (in front of the seller) that there were no scratches anywhere under the car and as soon as I lifted the car after buying you can see the front bumper has TONS of scratches. I've contacted corporate and the dealership and was promised a refund and it's been over a week and they appear to be dodging me. (No pun intended) AVOID! More
