Service took too long, no shuttle service to take me home Oil change and service on recalls took way longer than I was told. Also, there was no shuttle driver to take me home, so I had to sit there for 3 hour Oil change and service on recalls took way longer than I was told. Terrible Service I have triple gold star service purchased and went in over a issue with my leather seat. After first attempt to repair failed I returned and Melissa I have triple gold star service purchased and went in over a issue with my leather seat. After first attempt to repair failed I returned and Melissa took pictures saying she needed to send then in for approval for what repair need to happen. Two weeks later with no word I call Melissa and she says its been busy and hasn't sent them in yet. I then asked to speak to service manager Steve and told story to him and he assured me he would get back to me tomorrow. Two days later no call, I call him back and he says they called, I asked what number since I have no calls he gives me number from 5yrs ago. I said how in the world can your have old number when I been in several times with my new number and been called back on it(pretty sure they looked and read back old number). He claims they always ask that info when you come in, well if that were the case would they have not called my new number? Then when asked what the resolution is he gives me some lame thing about punching a hole in my leather seat and bungee strapping it back! Perturbed I ask for FCC number and he gives me a old number that doesn't work. After this experience I definitely wont return to Airdrie dodge and don't recommend them. More

Warranty Service Had my Jeep in for some warranty work and needed to get it in within a day of my call. Meagan was kind enough to make that happen and the work was d Had my Jeep in for some warranty work and needed to get it in within a day of my call. Meagan was kind enough to make that happen and the work was done by the end of that next day. Brought it in again a day later for some scheduled recall work and Vanessa handled that service for me. I needed my vehicle late in the day to get to another appointment and was given a loaner on the spot for the couple hours more it took to finish the recall work. I've always had great service, very much appreciated! More
