I kept on getting the run around, once my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed to the dealership. First , they said they were short mechanics, because some were sick; then their head mechanic was working on a Cherokee was towed to the dealership. Then I got a text saying they did not have the diagnostic tool for my Jeep and had to find it. 4 weeks later , and $647 , for finding a broken wire; I got my Jeep back. More

People are very nice at Airdrie Jeep I have been a Jeep grand Cherokee owner since 2012. I used to get a lot of recalls to fix possible issues. Which I appreciated Jeep taking responsibility. Now again they want me to spend $3000 to replace the steering wheel issue. No cruise control no hands free calling no heated steering wheel Saw recently that they've had many issues with 2018 cruise control issues, but no recall More
