As we usually need prompt service due to my husband travelling for work we need a no hassle quick deal and airdrie dodge and it's employees always deliver. As we bought a few add on items and we couldn't get it done the same day we had to bring the truck back a few days later, when I picked it up on Sat morning the sales / service people I had dealt with were not in that day so a few lovely employees (don't remember their names) went above and beyond to ensure I had my plate attached and knew how to use the options we had purchased. Not too many companies will the finance department (John) sort all this last minute on a Saturday. Such a great team! We will def visit again for future vehicle purchases. I was very disappointed how my issues were handled after spending $50,000.00 Vehicle is only 24 days old after sale, is put on do not drive status. Service is doing what they can, however I believe I was mislead on the original sale and I believe this vehicle was never inspected as the spare tire is cable locked onto the vehicle and vehicle is in unsafe driving condition. Recalls are open and salesperson said they had been corrected prior to purchase. More
