As always...an excellent experience!!! Through all of the vehicles we've Had, the service after the sale has always been spot on!!! This time was no different!!! I went in to see Vanessa because I had gotten a mysterious crack start at the seal on the bottom of my windshield, no stone chip, I was parked and it just started cracking. Went in to see Vanessa to see wbat my options were. Because my jeep is so new, and there was no evidence of a stone chip she said that she'd see if Chrysler would warranty it...AND THEY DID!!! I have never gone in to have any of our vehicles serviced that I've had anything less than exceptional service!!! More

Everyone is very helpful and accommodating, from sales (Kaitlyn) to finance (John) every employee we spoke with answered all of our questions. As we usually need prompt service due to my husband travelling for work we need a no hassle quick deal and airdrie dodge and it's employees always deliver. As we bought a few add on items and we couldn't get it done the same day we had to bring the truck back a few days later, when I picked it up on Sat morning the sales / service people I had dealt with were not in that day so a few lovely employees (don't remember their names) went above and beyond to ensure I had my plate attached and knew how to use the options we had purchased. Not too many companies will the finance department (John) sort all this last minute on a Saturday. Such a great team! We will def visit again for future vehicle purchases.
