Bad Inspection ** REVIEW UPDATED** I’m 100% sure the staff at this dealership just have a habit of checking off their inspection list without even looking at the vehicle. After an email I’m 100% sure the staff at this dealership just have a habit of checking off their inspection list without even looking at the vehicle. After an email to the GM to right their wrong ( he didn’t answer my email) I will never trust their service department again. My family is far more important for me to trust those people to miss something important in the inspection again. The service lady I dealt with was great.. it’s the person who “did” my oil change and the inspection. I’m happy to say they have stepped up to the plate and fixed the issues I was presented with. With some resorvations I did bring my vehicle back to the service department being promised that they would right their wrong. Excellent job and I thank you guys for your services! More

As always...an excellent experience!!! Through all of the vehicles we've Had, the service after the sale has always been spot on!!! This time was no different!!! I went in to see Vanessa because I had gotten a mysterious crack start at the seal on the bottom of my windshield, no stone chip, I was parked and it just started cracking. Went in to see Vanessa to see wbat my options were. Because my jeep is so new, and there was no evidence of a stone chip she said that she'd see if Chrysler would warranty it...AND THEY DID!!! I have never gone in to have any of our vehicles serviced that I've had anything less than exceptional service!!! More
