Above and Beyond! I took my Jeep Cherokee in for some regular servicing and asked about getting my engine cleaned. I was advised they had a service bay and they'd be ab I took my Jeep Cherokee in for some regular servicing and asked about getting my engine cleaned. I was advised they had a service bay and they'd be able to add that on to the work order for me.. Imagine my surprise and delight when I got into my vehicle to discover that they'd not only cleaned the engine (and it looks amazing!), but they'd also washed my car AND cleaned my Weathertech floor mats. It was the cleaning of the Weathertech mats that completely floored me, as these are challenging to clean and never look as good as they did when they were new, but the dealership had a cleaner that they used to clean them right up, shiny and fresh!! I don't believe that I paid for this service, and I can not tell you how happy I am that they've done it! It doesn't take much to go the distance and make an impression with a returning customer, and this was the key. This dealership is under new management and I can sure see a difference in some of the frontline people! Lots of the good ones stayed, and they've got a bunch of really great new faces as well. I will continue to stay with this dealership as they've truly WOWED me by this simple gesture. Thank you, team. More
