Five Star Dealership Yesterday I purchased a new 2019 Dodge Ram Bighorn. The salesman Jim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I have had previous dealings with the service department (Vanessa) and was very impressed with the quick and accurate service. The new re-designed 2019 Ram is very nice. Smooth, quite ride and seems to have lots of power. There are possibly more extra electronics than I may ever used. I have only driven it 200 KM. and will update this review once I drive more. The only reason I gave 4 stars to the "price" was due to a under quoted price on the extended warrantee and the high document fee. They did upgrade the tonneau cover because the dealership was not happy with the fit of the one they had quoted to me. More
