I ordered a Jeep Cherokee from Sean Miles in November and it arrived last week. Sean has been great since the moment I walked into the dealership. After speaking with him about the car my girlfriend was interested in a 2013 Dodge Dart SE and coming up with a price that would work for her we started to talk about how bad of an experience I had received when I had originally purchased my truck just over 2 years ago. TG earned my trust and respect by being up front and honest about everything that we talked about and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and if he didn't have the answer he went out of his way to find out the correct response to my question and in the end was able to work out a great deal on a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn for me. I am overall very pleased with my experience of dealing with Airdrie Dodge Jeep and TG Pawlak and I will not hesitate to refer people to this dealership as I received excellent customer service and did not feel pressured into doing anything that I was not comfortable doing. This is truly a NO FEES dealership, and they do not skimp out on customer service. I was offered and purchased an extended warranty, was given a CarProof report as well as a Lifetime Engine Loyalty Program. And if you have a tough time getting financing, this is the place to go. Well I had no intention of trading in my 2012 ram 1500 until I responded to an email. I was told to come on down and lets see what we can come up with.....it so worked out that I could get a brand new 2014 ram 1500 that was even better than my 2012 for a little bit more in payments than what I already had. I had Jim Prizeman for a salesperson again....I had dealt with him when I traded in my 2010 ram 1500, but met him previously when I was trying to get my mom to go new car shopping. Jim has been awesome every time I have come in to make a deal. He is very friendly and fantastic to deal with. Chris Tonkin and Clark Hamilton are awesome to deal with too! Every time I've come in to the dealership its a fun and friendly atmosphere. Even when I come in for service, whether its the main service department or the quick lube side, everybody is great. The parts department is just as awesome too. I don't usually need a ride home when I'm in for an oil change, I just make that hour or so go by quickly by popping in to visit with Jim, then swing over to parts to visit Tanya and Dave, then I'll go back and visit with Ian. This is one of the friendliest dealerships I have ever been to. I know I'll be keeping my business there!! Keep up the fantastic work!!! I am particularly pleased to work with Jason Savoie, who is perpetually attentive and personable, and takes great care to ensure that every aspect of my visit is flawless. I also greatly appreciate the work of Charlie in the Service Department, who takes the time to personally consult and attend to any issue or question I may have, even though he no longer works directly with serving vehicles. My and I wife were looking to trade our Dodge Nitro in for a newer vehicle. Our sales guy was Jeffre MacDonald a very helpful and persistent guy, but in a good way. After a long and exhausting search Jeffre and Luq Mirza had come up with a perfect solution to our hunt. We drove off the dealership with a Brand New 2014 Dodge Journey R/T. Luq was very informative and helpful when going though all the paperwork and made signing the papers very pleasant. And Jeffre was very good at explaining all the new features to our new Journey. We own three Dodge trucks, although only one of the three was purchased at Airdrie Chrysler, all three go there for service. As far as I am concerned, their service department is second to none. If there is a problem after servicing, and there has been on more than one occasion, they look after it right away with no questions asked. Also, I have stopped in there more once on short notice, only to have them fit me in right away. Just yesterday we took our Ram 2500 in for an overheating problem, and when I went to pick up the keys (picking up vehicle later in the evening), and pay the bill, they waived all of the charges, telling me it was because we are such loyal customers. I told them Thank You very much, and that I really appreciated what they had done. We will continue to take our vehicles to them for service, and in the spring I am considering a new vehicle purchase, and should I purchase one, it will be done at Airdrie Chrysler. More

I found this dealership to have very friendly staff and they were very easy to deal with. After the fact I forgot to ask for floor matts for my new Dodge Grand Caravan and I went in afterwords asking if t they were very easy to deal with.
