I am particularly pleased to work with Jason Savoie, who is perpetually attentive and personable, and takes great care to ensure that every aspect of my visit is flawless. I also greatly appreciate the work of Charlie in the Service Department, who takes the time to personally consult and attend to any issue or question I may have, even though he no longer works directly with serving vehicles. My and I wife were looking to trade our Dodge Nitro in for a newer vehicle. Our sales guy was Jeffre MacDonald a very helpful and persistent guy, but in a good way. After a long and exhausting search Jeffre and Luq Mirza had come up with a perfect solution to our hunt. We drove off the dealership with a Brand New 2014 Dodge Journey R/T. Luq was very informative and helpful when going though all the paperwork and made signing the papers very pleasant. And Jeffre was very good at explaining all the new features to our new Journey. We own three Dodge trucks, although only one of the three was purchased at Airdrie Chrysler, all three go there for service. As far as I am concerned, their service department is second to none. If there is a problem after servicing, and there has been on more than one occasion, they look after it right away with no questions asked. Also, I have stopped in there more once on short notice, only to have them fit me in right away. Just yesterday we took our Ram 2500 in for an overheating problem, and when I went to pick up the keys (picking up vehicle later in the evening), and pay the bill, they waived all of the charges, telling me it was because we are such loyal customers. I told them Thank You very much, and that I really appreciated what they had done. We will continue to take our vehicles to them for service, and in the spring I am considering a new vehicle purchase, and should I purchase one, it will be done at Airdrie Chrysler. More

I found this dealership to have very friendly staff and they were very easy to deal with. After the fact I forgot to ask for floor matts for my new Dodge Grand Caravan and I went in afterwords asking if t they were very easy to deal with.
