We went to Airdrie Chrysler because of the positive reviews I read and that they had the car we were interested in purchasing. They did not disappoint! This was an entirely stress free and enjoyable experience, which is something that I never would have said about any of our previous car purchases. They were very friendly, didn't pressure us in any way and gave us a great deal. We will definitely buy from them again in the future. Our new 2013 Ram 3500 dropped 13k in price after we only had it for 1 month. When we asked about it, the salesperson was extremely rude. She made comments like ".. You got a better deal than anyone should had it for 1 month. When we asked about it, the salesperson was extremely rude. She made comments like ".. You got a better deal than anyone should have, what the heck are you complaining about..." and ".. I am done with this, fairly good deal. Although the original salesith service from now on..." Basically our truck had 2000km and it is already in service. They agreed to get us a rental car, which was not required by them, however when I questions why the exact same truck is suddenly listed for $13,000 less, we got told that they are going to look at the rental again and possibly take it back as they didn't need to do that for us. Anyone would be upset to see that the truck they just purchased is now $13,000 less 1 month later. A simple apology would have worked, however we got an argument instead. We will be back because we have to pick up our truck from the service department (which has been very nice by the way) . ***Update***** The new car sales manager called me to smooth things over. He showed me the comparison between our trucke and the new listed online for less. Basically the truck listed for less was not the same style of truck.. He also showed me the numbers for the truck we purchased and we did get a fairly good deal. Although the original sales person did not do a very good job at explaining these numbers during the original sale, the manager made a point of setting things straight. They washed the truck and offered us some free oil changes for our troubles. I appreciate that the manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy with what we purchased. More

After speaking with him about the car my girlfriend was interested in a 2013 Dodge Dart SE and coming up with a price that would work for her we started to talk about how bad of an experience I had received when I had originally purchased my truck just over 2 years ago. TG earned my trust and respect by being up front and honest about everything that we talked about and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and if he didn't have the answer he went out of his way to find out the correct response to my question and in the end was able to work out a great deal on a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn for me. I am overall very pleased with my experience of dealing with Airdrie Dodge Jeep and TG Pawlak and I will not hesitate to refer people to this dealership as I received excellent customer service and did not feel pressured into doing anything that I was not comfortable doing. This is truly a NO FEES dealership, and they do not skimp out on customer service. I was offered and purchased an extended warranty, was given a CarProof report as well as a Lifetime Engine Loyalty Program. And if you have a tough time getting financing, this is the place to go. For the reasons above, I highly recommend this dealership. The drive from Southwest Calgary to Airdrie was worth it! More

Well I had no intention of trading in my 2012 ram 1500 until I responded to an email. I was told to come on down and lets see what we can come up with.....it so worked out that I could get a brand new 2014 ram 1500 that was even better than my 2012 for a little bit more in payments than what I already had. I had Jim Prizeman for a salesperson again....I had dealt with him when I traded in my 2010 ram 1500, but met him previously when I was trying to get my mom to go new car shopping. Jim has been awesome every time I have come in to make a deal. He is very friendly and fantastic to deal with. Chris Tonkin and Clark Hamilton are awesome to deal with too! Every time I've come in to the dealership its a fun and friendly atmosphere. Even when I come in for service, whether its the main service department or the quick lube side, everybody is great. The parts department is just as awesome too. I don't usually need a ride home when I'm in for an oil change, I just make that hour or so go by quickly by popping in to visit with Jim, then swing over to parts to visit Tanya and Dave, then I'll go back and visit with Ian. This is one of the friendliest dealerships I have ever been to. I know I'll be keeping my business there!! Keep up the fantastic work!!! I am particularly pleased to work with Jason Savoie, who is perpetually attentive and personable, and takes great care to ensure that every aspect of my visit is flawless. I also greatly appreciate the work of Charlie in the Service Department, who takes the time to personally consult and attend to any issue or question I may have, even though he no longer works directly with serving vehicles. During each visit, I have witnessed the entire staff treat all customers with the utmost respect and care - everyone is a VIP! More
