I already had a truck in mind when I went to Aidrie Dodge. I walked in the door and immediately spoke with Al Fortini regarding the truck. Al put me on to Jeffre MacDonald who showed me the truck,got i Dodge. I walked in the door and immediately spoke with Al Fortini regarding the truck. Al put me on to Jeffre MacDonald who showed me the truck,got it all warmed up and we went for a no pressure test drive. Long story short , I bought the truck. Any issues I had were minor and handled immediatly and proffessionally. I also bought some snow tires and rims for the truck , which Al had installed for me prior to pick up.All phone calls to Jeffre were immediatly answered or he called back right away. He was always ready to help with anything I thought I needed. Product knowledge was very good. Freindly and Proffessional sales team and Manager. The business office with Chris Tonkin was seemless and effortless. Over all an excellent buying experience. The only negative I have is these people need more room to work....this lot is packed and the show rooms are small and crowded. More

We went to Airdrie Chrysler because of the positive reviews I read and that they had the car we were interested in purchasing. They did not disappoint! This was an entirely stress free and enjoyable experience, which is something that I never would have said about any of our previous car purchases. They were very friendly, didn't pressure us in any way and gave us a great deal. We will definitely buy from them again in the future. Our new 2013 Ram 3500 dropped 13k in price after we only had it for 1 month. When we asked about it, the salesperson was extremely rude. She made comments like ".. You got a better deal than anyone should had it for 1 month. When we asked about it, the salesperson was extremely rude. She made comments like ".. You got a better deal than anyone should have, what the heck are you complaining about..." and ".. I am done with this, fairly good deal. Although the original salesith service from now on..." Basically our truck had 2000km and it is already in service. They agreed to get us a rental car, which was not required by them, however when I questions why the exact same truck is suddenly listed for $13,000 less, we got told that they are going to look at the rental again and possibly take it back as they didn't need to do that for us. Anyone would be upset to see that the truck they just purchased is now $13,000 less 1 month later. A simple apology would have worked, however we got an argument instead. We will be back because we have to pick up our truck from the service department (which has been very nice by the way) . ***Update***** The new car sales manager called me to smooth things over. He showed me the comparison between our trucke and the new listed online for less. Basically the truck listed for less was not the same style of truck.. He also showed me the numbers for the truck we purchased and we did get a fairly good deal. Although the original sales person did not do a very good job at explaining these numbers during the original sale, the manager made a point of setting things straight. They washed the truck and offered us some free oil changes for our troubles. I appreciate that the manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy with what we purchased. More
