Sean responded to my inquiry very promptly and was very helpful. He told me everything I need to know about the Jeep, We set up a meeting so I could go in a test drive the Jeep. He was very easy going didn't feel pressed at all, explained everything, and was very upfront. After a lot of humming and hawing I decided to go with this Beautiful 2013 Jeep Cherokee. Overall my experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. If I ever decided to buy another vehicle I will be coming back to Airdrie Dodge. I will from now on always recommend Airdrie dodge to any family and friends looking for a vehicle I had such a great experience! We were very happy with the sales staff, jeffre was very friendly and had a great knowledge about the inventory on his lot. This dealership is lucky to have a employee like Terrie that is so knowledgeable and friendly. Dale Roach came over and introduced himself and was a pleasure to meet. We were introduced to the parts manager Darcy Anhorn who was very welcoming and friendly. We will keep this short but all other staff were very friendly and accommodating. But there is always a negative experience, I never got to meet SAM ELLIOT the Dodge Ram spokesperson...not even a poster. LOL More
