I would like to say Thank You to Brad Styner and his very knowledgable staff. I have been at Airdrie Chrysler numerous times, in search of that "perfect" new vehicle. Last week, after spending time with Keith, we settled our heart an mind on a new Compass. We drove 3 different vehicles and weren't rushed. Our questions were answered.....even the questions we didn't think of asking. The time to do the paperwork was quick and painless. Moving over to the Business Office with Chris, was another effortless experience. There was no jumping through hoops. That goes along way. On the day of our delivery, Keith and Chris had everything ready to go. Putting aside our idle chit chat, the business deal was done in about half an hour. That was papers signed and walk about done. Keith even set up my Bluetooth for me. If your looking to purchase new or used, I would strongly recommend you consider Airdrie Chrysler. You won't be disappointed. During the time between order and delivery, the sales person left the dealership and turned the file over to Jim. 2. The factory-ordered unit failed pre-delivery and had to have the transmission replaced. This delayed delivery by two weeks. Jim handled the entire transaction with aplomb. He was very much in tune with our needs and was very accommodating. The pre-delivery failure and subsequent transmission replacement had totally blown my confidence, despite having 15 years of trouble-free ownership with my “bullet proof” 2000 Jeep TJ. Eric was very good in handling this, saying they would be willing to look at another unit or accept things if we walked away from the deal. When I wanted to drive a similar vehicle for comparison, they quickly PDI’d it and turned it over to me, no question asked. I have two quibbles with the purchase: 1. Once the vehicle has been built and shipped left the factory, delivery date to the dealer seems to be very vague and inexact. It’s hard to plan things around something like this. 2. I was rattled by the transmission failure and it should have been obvious we would need a discussion about what it would take to get me “over the top” and take the unit. I was surprised I had to press the point. Nonetheless, considering two major wrinkles we had, my overall experience was very good. This reinforced my decision to go with Airdrie Dodge Jeep over other dealers. More
