First New Vehicle Purchase I came to this dealership with the mind set to just look at vehicles, and to ensure I could use the employee pricing at this dealership. At the end of the day after looking at Dodge Journeys and a Jeep Compass our salesman, Jim, recommended we take a look at the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Right away we were interested with such a great price tag, Jim got me into a test drive right away. Jim was confident I would enjoy the Cherokee over the Journey and Compass. He was spot on, I went home that evening to price it out online and pick the features I wanted. Jim gave no pressure to do it in the dealership instead of the comfort of my own home, I agreed to meet him the next day to review my choice. I ordered the Jeep Cherokee instead of looking around as I was told they are selling fast and orders continue to come in. I was quoted 10-12 weeks which I thought was a pretty long wait but with my current vehicle and work situation it would work out perfect. So I went in the next day and submitted my order with Jim, he was kind and didn't pressure me into any extra options (except looking at my Ford Focus he did recommend the back up camera). In total it took 9 weeks from the day I went into the dealership to the day I was driving home in my Cherokee. Jim gave me email updates whenever he received progress updates on the build and shipment via email, I was able to sell my car privately the same day I picked up the Cherokee, thanks to these updates! I sold privately because they were going to short change me on dealer trade in, then again they do need to make money some how! Picking up the car was great, there was no hassel of extra fees, warranty, or all the protective coatings. Just a simple email, I responded no and that was the end of that conversation. Financing was already done so paperwork took less then ten minutes. I got a nice tour of the dealership and met staff in all departments. Everyone here was very friendly and nice. I did say I wanted a Jeep mug thrown in, and sure enough a Jeep mug, Jeep hat and Tims card was all thrown in :) I recommended this dealership to my folks and got a chq for $250.00 as a referral, and let me say I didn't wait weeks for this money either, it was in our mail box in days! No complaints here, this dealership was great. My husband and I will be returning for future vehicles. I look forward to see the customer service in the service department once I'm ready for oil changes! More

Great Experience My girlfriend and I were looking for a mid sized SUV and decided to see what Airdrie Dodge had in stock. When we arrived we were quickly greeted and My girlfriend and I were looking for a mid sized SUV and decided to see what Airdrie Dodge had in stock. When we arrived we were quickly greeted and referred to Jeffre. It took only a couple questions and a few minutes of our time and then next thing you know we were out looking at a Jeep Cherokee that perfectly fit our needs. Jeffre was very personable, courteous, but most of all, he was patient. My girlfriend was so excited about the sun roof that she opened it almost immediately, normally that wouldn't have been a problem, but that day it had been snowing all day and there was probably 5 inches of build up, so when she opened the sun roof it filled the cab with a layer of snow. I found it quite amusing and to my surprise so did Jeffre. We went on a test drive and he answered any and all of our questions. I would recommend to anyone to go see Jeffre at Airdrie Dodge! More

Awesome Experience at Airdrie Chrysler Dealership! I recently visited Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership to purchase a vehicle. Being from out of town I was worried the vehicle we were interested i I recently visited Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership to purchase a vehicle. Being from out of town I was worried the vehicle we were interested in would be sold by the time I got there, however Jason let me know he would put a "Sold" tag on the vehicle until I was approved and made a deal with us. Jason was the best sales person I have came in contact with to this day at a dealership. Most dealerships have very pushy sales associates who just want you to pick a vehicle and do not care or take the time of day to see if the vehicle is right for you or be able to afford the vehicle. Jason answered my calls whenever I had questions and always replied with his knowledge. We also were in contact with Clark for our financing, he was very honest and professional when it came time to paper work and got us back to town with an amazing vehicle in no time. Needless to say I would highly recommend anyone to visit the Airdrie dealership when purchasing a new/used vehicle. More

My first experience buying a vehicle was absolutely terrible and made me nervous to ever I am so greatful for an amazing experience at a dealership. But after my sister and her husband told me that you guys are amazing and actually care about taking the time to explain to your customers and find the best fit for them I decided to go in and see what I could do about trading in my vehicle. I was shocked at the amount of time they took with me to ensure I was getting the vehicle that I absolutely wanted, color, options and everything. Steve was an amazing salesperson to go through. He took about half and hour or more to go through the options that were on my vehicle and how I could use them. He made sure to show me everything that I would need to worry about or be notified about. Thanks again so much for actually taking your time to go over things with me. It's hard to find good customer service now-adays and I am blown away still about the service I have received. I will definitely be telling people, thanks again !
