I met TG who took the time to listen to my "story" and he did absolutely everything he could to help me purchase a vehicle with help from Jen. Between the two of them, they were able to help me with everything from the financing, insurance, licensing and registering this Dodge Wrangler Jeep that my 9 year old twins picked out. I did not believe that I would be approved and they went above and beyond what I ever expected in order to ensure that I would be leaving this dealership with a vehicle. I feel like I've made a couple of friends, TG was super professional, respectful and I trusted without a doubt that he wouldn't take advantage of a "dumb" female, such as myself (regarding vehicles, pricing, etc.) as many other places do!! I've bought a dozen or so vehicles in my lifetime and not a single one of those buying experiences comes close to my last. While residing in Phoenix, Arizona I bought a 2014 Ram 3500, 4x4 from this dealership in Airdrie. Sean Miles engineered the whole transaction to a pain free closure. He located the exact truck I wanted right down to the colour at another dealership, secured my commitment to the purchase, the down payment and the trade in price of my Mazda- weeks BEFORE i had even left Arizona. The truck was kept on the lot for 6 to 7 weeks before I could pick it up and when I picked it up it was ready to go. Less than 5 minutes with the finance manager which has always been my most painful experience when buying new (in the past) followed by a thorough and detailed explanation and overview of everything I needed to know to run the truck. The electronics, it's numerous options, it's warranty, etc. Sean was friendly, trustworthy, prompt in reply and most professional every step of the way. To be sure, from here on in I will be expecting the same level from any other dealership and since most have miserably failed, I am left with no choice but to continue to buy from this team in Alberta for the rest of my life.
