He showed us a number of vehicles as well as numerous financing options. Did I mention we had our three kids with us? One of which is a toddler and was very bored. Trevor went above and beyond what was expected from a salesperson by being super silly with our daughter to keep her happy. She went from being bored to not wanting to leave! Thanks Trevor! I don't appreciate the, "you have no room to move, cause you aren't buying the premium model" attitude, but overall the price was fair considering the options. Next time, we'll get a better deal, when we upgrade to the Grand Cherokee ;) We'll be back!! Because we live in Lethbridge, we had to arrange to get to Airdrie ASAP. When we got to the dealership, Darryl was busy dealing with another customer...but he had arranged for Jeffre MacDonald to care for us so everything went well. Clark Hamilton was our main contact with respect to financing and he was helpful and accommodated our long distance communication with ease. A Happy Ending Several months ago I had visited a different Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer and factory ordered a brand new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. After waiting almost 3 mon Several months ago I had visited a different Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer and factory ordered a brand new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. After waiting almost 3 months, the vehicle arrived and I went to pick it up. My excitement at getting a brand new vehicle quickly turned to disappointment when I discovered that my new vehicle was missing a number (ie. sunroof, towing package) of the options that I had ordered. What made the experience even harder is that the vehicle arrived on the one year anniversary of my spouse's passing - at a time when I really needed a positive, happy event in my life. Luckily my brother-in-law referred me to Keith Martyniuk who quickly determined that a new Cherokee was en route and by day's end, it had my name on it before it even arrived @ the dealership. He then went above and beyond, keeping me informed of the ETA and expediting the PDI etc so that I could pick it up as soon as possible. Both Keith and Clark Hamilton, the Business Manager, were professional, friendly and helpful. What had been a series of highs and lows, ended on a very positive note and I could not be happier with my new vehicle. Talk about A-1 Service Our original intent was to test the market between several dealerships in Calgary over the next 2 to 3 weeks and compare. Almost as an afterthought, a friend suggested Airdriedodge but we were reluctant. After making an inquiring phone call we were informed by Terrie-Lynn Geary that a pick-up and drop-off was available and so an appointment was made for within the hour. After a brief tete-a-tete with Terrie-Lynn, she had a Dodge Grand Caravan 30 Anniversary Edition, in the right colour, available for a test drive. We hadn't given a price range only saying it had to be the best price available which we felt it was. After coming up with the bottom line, Terrie-Lynn introduced us to Clark Hamilton who proved to be just as efficient as Terrie-Lynn. He had the lease paperwork completed in no time flat with same day approval. We picked up our vehicle 2 days later and Terrie-Lynn took her time taking us through the vehicle explaining how everything works. She was so thorough with her demonstrations and explanations that we had very few questions for her in the end. In over 50 years of driving, with more than 20 new vehicles, we have never received the quality of service that Terrie-Lynn provided. Also, her knowledge of the vehicle totally amazed both the wife and myself. It was a real pleasure meeting and dealing with Terrie-Lynn. We will definitely have no hesitation in recommending Terrie-Lynn and Airdrie Chrysler Dodge to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. "Needless to say, we never made it to another dealership."
