I had an appointment to meet Jim Prizeman for a talk on the vehicl I was amazed at the friendly and non-pushy attitude that I met walking in the door. I had an appointment to meet Jim Prizeman for a talk on the vehicle I was looking for and he was ready to meet and talk as I walked in the door. Very friendly with a positive attitude, he was there to help me get what I wanted. Sadly they didn't have what I was looking for in their stock so Jim checked around and found the vehicle at another dealership. He brought the vehicle in for me and sight unseen I outfitted the truck with the extras I was looking for in my Ram. Trevor in parts was helpful in showing me the selection of options I could go with for my truck. Over the next few days I added a few more items to the list as they came to me and they were happy to help me out in every way possible. When I showed up to pick up my Ram seeing it for the very first time I was totally happy and the black add on to the silver finish looked amazing. Jim walked me through the truck showing me all the features and information needed to drive it. Jen was a real sweet heart to deal with on the finance side of things and as quick as anything I was on my way. Outstanding service and great people to deal with. Will be recommending them to everyone as the first and only place to shop for a vehicle. Over all a great experience. More
