Very happy new car owner My 2003 Dodge Caravan was hit by hail. I was thinking I'd take a buy out and drive it for another year. I decided to get it checked out first to see My 2003 Dodge Caravan was hit by hail. I was thinking I'd take a buy out and drive it for another year. I decided to get it checked out first to see if it was in good enough mechanical Shape to last the year. I needed to check the transmission and was recommended by a tire shop to go to go to Airdrie Dodge. I was Leary as I have not had the best experience with dealerships. The service department was amazing. At first I thought it would cost me about 400.00 to check it out. It cost only 132.00. what a deal. They told me what I need to do which I sort of knew and the cost was around 3000.00 to bring it up to par. But They said the transmission may need work. I decided to price out a newer used car. I met the salesman and he was easy going and more then helpful. He got me prices and per approved for the loan. Then he said, lets look at something else. We looked at a new 2015 Dodge Journey and by the time all was said and done the monthly payment were the same as a used unit and I got a 5 year 100000 mile warranty and 5 years of road side service and service on the vehicle for the 5 years. I was very impressed with the service and the friendly and helpful people and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and or service on the one they have. More

Mr Pawloc was very knowledgable with all questions i had about the car, fuel consumption, maintenance requirements and other options i asked about for after market parts. Airdrie Dodge, Excellent! I called the dealership when I was stuck in an upside down loan due to rebuilding credit. I had made all of my bi-weekly payments on time but yet none I called the dealership when I was stuck in an upside down loan due to rebuilding credit. I had made all of my bi-weekly payments on time but yet none of the lenders would give me an interest rate that was not double digits. Add on top of that I had to start off with a car I did not want. Enter Ron Ballantyne! He took my call and allowed me to explain my situation. Any other place I called would not even let me speak without interrupting me and then pessimistically saying they may or may not be able to help me (their tone said likely not). I was not even entertaining the idea of a NEW car. I figured a used one, maybe with some hail damage and hopefully a wee bit better of a rate. Lo and behold Ron sat down with me, listened, looked over my car and my current loan documents and said he believed he could help. After some discussion with his Finance wizard, Luq, and the new car manager it turns out I did qualify for their preferred rate program and now find myself driving a brand new Dodge Journey SXT with a lot of upgrades on it! It has some hail damage but I can live with that. Best of all....I am now in a prime rate! I honestly believe no other dealership could have or would have helped me this well. Thanks guys for all your patience and understanding and taking the time to ensure I left a very happy customer (who also finally understands exactly how her car loan works)! More
