First service Well after my fantastic purchase experience with Sean Miles earlier this year i decided to give the service side a shot for my first oil change. Upon arrival a very friendly Vitalii greeted and went over the service items a warranty related work that i wanted done. He explained everything they would do in the service and gave me a rough estimate on how long it would be. Since it was going to take the better part of the day, i opted to use their free shuttle service. When the truck was done, the final bill came out to what Vitalii estimated it to be. He went over what was done and the steps going forward since one of the warranty items needed Chrysler canada's approval. There was one minor issue with the service that i had noticed afterwards but after quick chat with the service manager (Dave Claughton) he put my concerns to rest. All in All, it was a great experience and i will be servicing my truck at Airdrie Dodge going forward. More

went in just to have a peak I started out by just taking a look to see what was available in my price range. Jeffre was able to get me one almost identical with a bit extra for the same price as the first. agreed on it on Thursday , picked it up the next day! very quick efficient service. on a side note the detailing could have been a bit better. When I flipped the seats down it appears it wasn't vacuumed under the seats. very minor but worth letting you know. More

Chyann and I conversed through email and she made the experience a 100 times better and smoother with no pressure at all unlike other dealerships and trust me I've been to a lot. Also when Chyann wasn't available Jeffre and Keith helped us and were very informative helping us with all questions. As we are financing we also got assistance from Luq. As everyone knows it's a waiting game with banks, he kept our budget in mind and our uneasiness was swept away as he was on top of everything. We had our Jeep home in 5 days!! My boyfriend and I can't express enough how happy we were with the service we received and will go back without any hesitation go back for anything we need from servicing to even getting a new vehicle!! He advised me about the pros and cons, which I really appreciated it. I had to have a few repairs to get done on the vehicle. It wasn't fast and easy as I thought, but TG made sure I got served in time and right. The finance department was a little mess up, but it got all figured out, after a few phone calls. still 5weeks after purchase I haven't heard from the bank who finance, exept for Junk mail. overall comparing my previous and current purchases. it was more to handle at this time. In the future, I wouldn't buy at those kinds of events again = to stressful for me. thank you TG for all the great work you have done! More
