She sold us a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan that we and our kids have been very happy with. When the 2010 van was hit by the hail storm in August 2014, the damage was pretty bad and our insurance company deemed that vehicle a write-off. We decided our best option would be to purchase a new vehicle. Terrie-Lynn was the first person we called. And once again, she was great. We were greeted warmly and once again she showed herself to be a true professional -- very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions we had.
