Worst Customer Service EVER !!! Worst customer service went in on Saturday December 20th 2014 at about 2pm spoke to reception who accused me of being rude when I asked to speak wit Worst customer service went in on Saturday December 20th 2014 at about 2pm spoke to reception who accused me of being rude when I asked to speak with a manager. She finally paged Dale Roach who was the general sales manager who didn't even want to hear my issue and became extremely rude. I Bought a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 less then a year ago and after what appeared to be a burnt out headlight I proceded to replace it to find the wiring inside the headlight assembly had caught Fire as I explained this to the manager and showed him the headlight he laughed and said nothing he could do even with extended warranty minus telling me to just not drive. Not sure what I was supposed to do he then asked me to leave as I was getting upset as he would not take anything seriously and he wouldn't direct me to what I should do minus not drive it !! he wasn't willing do do anything to fix the issue or put me in touch Touch with anyone to discuss the safety hazard of this. So while leaving he had his sales people follow me out and act like mobsters with cameras to take my picture as he didn't want to deal with the issue and didn't want me to come back to his work place. I understand on a Saturday there is not much he could do but his rudeness was not needed when it's his crappy product that was defective. I wouldn't send a $300 winter beater to these guys. Guess with these type of people in management spots is a good way for a lawsuit. I really don't get how they can treat people who spend $30,000 on something from them this way More

Then just this werk(December 2014) when my mother in laws car was totalled I again decided to check Airdrie Dodge and Ryan out first again, and he sat with us and listened to what my mother in law wanted and her price range, and the first vehicle he selected to show her she fell in love with and bought.
