Great to deal with! I have been to many many dealerships in the past, only one other dealer was as good to deal with as Airdrie dodge. I didn't need to haggle, didn't need to fight with them on paperwork or deals, didn't get passed around various people, they didn't try to sell something I didn't want. These are all things I've experienced at other dealerships, I had none of it here, it was very refreshing! I got what I asked for, they even gave me a better deal than I asked for, It was a fantastic experience. Jason Banks was a pleasure to deal with, low pressure, honest, and knew what he was talking about, not an combination easy to find in the industry. I work in a motorcycle dealership, so I know how the whole process works, and how It can be complicated sometimes, Jason knows it well, and treated me as I would treat my customers. Nervous buyer 2015 Ram Eco Diesel I started my search for a new truck back in the spring 2014. I settled on the new Ram 1500 with the Eco Diesel in it. I was a nervous buyer for many r I started my search for a new truck back in the spring 2014. I settled on the new Ram 1500 with the Eco Diesel in it. I was a nervous buyer for many reasons and unfamiliar with the Dodge brand. When I went to Airdrie Chrysler Terrie-Lynn helped me out. She answered all questions, spent time showing me every style of Ram 1500 truck, answered lots of questions, and provided a no pressure situation for me. I did buy a 2014 Ram by way of special order. That process was also free of problems. The truck arrived several months later right before the 2014 Airdrie hail storm. In that storm, the truck was wrecked so I did not take possession of it. After some time and discussions, the dealership and Terrie-Lynn called - a new deal was struck and, due to the time frame, I ended up getting a 2015 model year. Everyone was open with the process and what to expect. I had to wait again for a truck. On the pick up date Terrie-Lynn and others at the dealership went out of their way to make things run smoothly. The overall experience was good. If I was interested in another vehicle I would vist this dealership again. Ask for Terrie-Lynn if you are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure service. Excellent Dealer I visited a couple dealerships after they said based on my trade in they could hit my price point. After driving 3 hour round trip they were no where I visited a couple dealerships after they said based on my trade in they could hit my price point. After driving 3 hour round trip they were no where close to what they had said. I continued to look and found a truck at airdrie dodge and decided to call and ask a few questions. I am from out of province and did not want to waste my time driving all the way down there without a final price. I got Ron Down as my salesman and he was excellent I gave him all my information about my trade and he quote a price, after a few conversations with Ron and the finance team I was given a final price that I was happy with. There was no pressure by them at all. I was buying from out of province and they were excellent in answering my many phone calls to get the deal done. This is the first dealership I have ever dealt with that would give me a final price, and when I walked in to sign the papers the numbers were exactly as discussed. I cannot stress enough about how great it is to be able to walk into the dealership and know exactly what to expect. When I went to pick up the truck Clark explained all the details of the loan and answered all my questions about extended warranty in the future. Ron then explained all the features and showed me how to use them before I was on my way. I am more than pleased by the way the team at airdire dodge operates and presents themselves. Sales with honesty The wife and I went to Airdrie Chrysler to buy a 2013 Chrysler C. I told Ron our salesman I had a 2013 Jeep Wrangler to trade and a budget, He couldn' The wife and I went to Airdrie Chrysler to buy a 2013 Chrysler C. I told Ron our salesman I had a 2013 Jeep Wrangler to trade and a budget, He couldn't see the Jeep as it was in Calgary for hail repair.He took the info and talked to the sales manager. We waited hoping our budget would be enough, we really loved the car. To our great amazement they came back with a price that was one third of my mentioned budget. They could have taken my offer and I would have thought I got a good deal. That kind of fairness these days was unexpected and greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend this dealership. I see below in this review that I can put in how many dealerships I visited. Well just one, this one and they will have me as a customer for a long time. More
