Confirms my long time satisfation with Chrysler Dealers Out of curiosity, I started talking to Jim about a new caravan for my daughter before Christmas. She was not sure that she could afford to trade her 5 year old Caravan for a new one and was very undecided. JIm promised that he would do everything he could to help, whenever she was ready. No pressure at all! Then, he called as a follow up and advised the Chrysler rep was in the showroom until Saturday, with some additional incentives. Excellent follow up! By this time, we had a very good idea what Cassie wanted in a new vehicle, thanks to Jim's questions, suggestions and guidance, Once there, he showed us 5 Caravans in stock on the lot. We did a test drive and came to a final decision. Once there, with assistance from Chris and Clark, we had the financing done and approved, with payments that where affordable. As well as the new vehicle, we were able to include the Gold Plan extended warranty and compete Masterguard protection package in the financing. In short, it was a deal that we could not refuse.
