Love my new Truck! Be clear on the offer to purchase Did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted in a new truck (my very first new vehicle). They were able to deliver and did so with unexpected customer service. I made some mistakes during the purchase negotiations. The biggest was not being clear, in writing, on exactly what was included in the offer to purchase. Be absolutely clear on what is in and out for the deal and make sure all of the costs are listed out on a completed contract (rather than the offer to purchase piece of paper with handwritten numbers; I signed a mostly blank offer with only verbal agreements in place - lesson learned). I had some unexpected additions to the total price because I was not clear enough from the get go. The accessories I had added were installed professionally and quickly. I love the truck and can't wait to tow the trailer & go camping!!! More
