The agony of buying a van unexpectedly! Having to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly can be a pain. It was made much easier by Jeffre! He found me a vehicle within my price range quickly. Even on his days off, he was available to answer questions and make arrangements for me to pick up my van. The day I arrived to pick up my van there was an issue with the horn and Jeffre quickly had it resolved and the parts ordered. He followed up by booking a service appointment with me for the horn to be fixed as soon as the parts arrived! I would also like to compliment the service department, I ended up having FOUR very active children the day of my appointment - everyone was so nice to all the kids, and answered ALL their questions with patience and humour! Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else We just started looking to trade in my Acura for a Jeep, and we found an excellent 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee on their website. We called to let them kn We just started looking to trade in my Acura for a Jeep, and we found an excellent 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee on their website. We called to let them know we're interested, and when we got there, TG had the Jeep warmed up (it was a freezing cold day) and ready to be taken for a test drive which I thought was nice. He took us around the outside of the Jeep and explained all of the features and information about it, and during the test drive he was very informative as well- but was never pushy which was really refreshing. I was not ready to buy the vehicle that day, and he gave me excellent advice on how to sell my car privately which was really helpful. We visited a lot of other dealerships that week, and the experience wasn't the same. I felt really pressured to buy vehicles that didn't even come close to the Grand Cherokee, and they had outrageous documentation fees which was off-putting. After visiting another disappointing place, we decided that the Grand Cherokee was exactly what we wanted and that it would be our new vehicle. We were so lucky it was still there! TG was working so we (of course) told him that we were ready to buy. He was nice enough to even let us have the Jeep there until we were back from vacation (we were leaving a few days later) which was a huge help for us. Also- no documentation fees at this dealership is a huge advantage! It saved us hundreds. The process from researching to buying was definitely easiest at this dealership with TG. I found many places seemed to only care about the sale, whereas TG was informative and we got to learn a lot about the Jeep that we ended up buying. We never once felt pressured, which I can't emphasize enough. We got a great trade in value for my Acura, and when we picked up the Jeep today it had a full tank of gas and was clean and perfect!
