We had previously sealed a deal with Jeffre back in October 2014 and unfortunately that vehicle did not work out as we had hoped. We returned to the dealership in February 2015 and Jeffre was more than willing to work with us in getting us a very good trade in value and then in showing us another vehicle in our price range and with the features that we wanted. Overall what could have been a frustrating experience with our initial purchase was actually very smoothly resolved and we are enjoying our 'new' 2012 Jeep. I found Jeffre was completely understanding, and did not try to push me into buying anything the day of our visit. He was honest about all the details regarding the vehicle, and was very friendly. We had been to a Calgary dealership earlier in the day, and found the experience was completely opposite, with pushy sales people who did not really listen to my needs.
