Fun experiance! I walked into Airdrie Dodge looking to trade in my vehicle for a Dodge Caravan. I was looking for prices and information but was pretty sticky on a few extras that were important to me. Right from the start of our conversation, Steve was helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't steer me away from my needs to add extra fluff that wasn't important to me or upsell extras that would in turn cost me more money. I was apprehensive about getting a mini-van and looking like a typical 'Soccer Mom' Steve and I joked about this but he really ensured me what a great option it was for my lifestyle and family. I found him to be straightforward and to the point. Most importantly as a single woman walking into a dealership I wasn't made to feel like I needed someone there to cut through the typical salesman tactics to make my purchase. I found Terrie-Lynn extremely knowledgeable, very easy to talk with and she always gave me the honest answers to my toughest questions. When it was time to find that perfect truck, Terrie-Lynn never stopped looking until I had everything I wanted in a truck. We spent hours going over truck specifications and options.
