I was looking at fords (very good vehicles as well) and was pretty set on a ford but i wanted to see what dodge could offer me and it turns out that the larime that i bought had everything i could have asked for. Of course you pay more at a dealership but i think it was worth it. I rolled the dice with dodge we will see what happens. the guys there were not at all high pressure sales motivated. Its a comfortable atmosphere and that made it easier for me. I enjoyed dealing with jeff and truly was willing to do almost anything i asked not to make the sale but to just give good customer service. Thanks guys. And i say this as someone who genuinley hates dealerships and the upsales pressure they try to push. These guys were just.....smooth. More

Sean was great to work with, he showed me several trucks until I found a style and design that I really liked, he took the time to outline how the features of the truck worked, and focused on what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what the dealership wanted to sell. They gave me an excellent deal on my trade in vehicle, and didn't try to push me or rush me into a sale. Quite simply, he put the customer first which is rare in this day and age, that goes a long way with me. Chris took care of the finance aspect, and before I knew it all the approvals were in place. I was able to pick up the vehicle the very next day despite adding several accessories, which exceeded my expectations. No other dealer would give me good numbers without being there in person. After a little banter, they were by far the best price. They originally valued my trade in little lower then the other dealerships did, but they did match and the overall numbers were by far favoured at Airdrie Dodge. They also went out of there way to make the deal work. It's obvious that the different facets of the dealership communicate. I spoke with the gentleman who is the in house expert on Mopar parts and accessories off handedly about not liking the mud flaps the truck came with but I figured I would just have to be ok with them. However, to my delight, the better option just happened to be on the truck when I went to pick it up. The reason I bring this up is that one or two little things that don't cost a lot for the dealer could save the dealer a little money ,but if they insure that positive emotionl tone is imparted in there customers ... Well you can't buy that advertising for that same cost. Well done Airdrie Dodge. We will be in need of a van in a few months and I'm quite sure it will be another Airdrie Chrysler dodge jeep purchase because I know they will beat any other deal I find...
